Laundry and Pump Room Container

This 10x10 container holds a stacked washer-dryer unit and storage for housekeeping as well as the access points for the plumbing and water filtration. 

• main line that comes in through the on-site well, and then runs to potable water sources 

• main line that comes in through the building’s cistern, which is pumped through a 2-stage hanging filter and UV filter, then runs to all the non potable fixtures, including toilets, irrigation for green roofs and farm, and hose bibs

• sump basin collects water from all the condensation lines from HVAC units; gets pumped into the cistern and becomes part of the closed-loop wastewater treatment system.

• pump room is entirely smart control - this system, coupled with the pump, should be able to provide the facility with potable water for up to 10 days in the event of a grid outage.
