This 10x20 container holds a professionally outfitted demonstration kitchen, including:

• a Viking induction range, with an Accurex fire suppression system

• Wolf wall oven

• SubZero full-size refrigerator

• Miele dishwasher

• SubZero ice machine

• Watermark faucets

• Stainless steel countertops

One wall features a Sunflex folding accordion glass wall that opens to the common area for event demonstrations. The other wall features windows that can be opened onto the courtyard and utilized as a pass-through. 

This container is used for cooking and food preparation classes, programming for events, workshops, and other community activities.
