Exterior Paint

The containers were painted with an electrostatic paint process.  

• The substrate is charged with a negative charge, then the epoxy paint has a positive charge. As the paint comes out of the spray gun, the magnetic attraction between the two charged materials directs the paint to the surface, giving a powder coat texture. The technology prevents overspray, as all the paint particles are attracted to the surface rather than dispersing into the air.
