Three years after the project initially broke ground, we gathered to celebrate the commissioning of our new container barn. In attendance: our farm team, core volunteers, former employees, community partners, and the many different craftsmen and specialists who helped bring the vision for the container barn to life.

A menu of light bites, inspired by the farm’s vegetables, was provided by Catering Works, while our florist partners at The English Garden set up a DIY bouquet station where guests were able to make their own arrangements using Burkett Farm blooms.

It was a great afternoon that brought to fruition the collective efforts of so many, and the first of many events that we hope to host in the container barn in the coming years.
